Money Matters

OMCC dues for 2018 will be $200 as voted by the membership at the November annual meeting of homeowners.  Invoices will be sent in February for those who have not renewed online.

What happens to your OMCC dues? Check out the budget for 2018. You'll see that about half goes to operating costs and the other half goes to reserves.  2018 Budget
